This program is designed to help you advance your coaching skill set by exploring and practicing the ICF’s 8 Core Coaching Competencies, while also integrating the latest neuroscience about human behavioral change. Within an intimate, collaborative, and safe learning environment facilitated by an MCC-credentialed Certified Mentor Coach and former ICF Assessor, you can try on new skills and tune up your understanding of the competencies while developing a supportive community of peers.

Participate in eight 2-hour webinars plus field work with your fellow coaches. This program is filled with practice, open discussion, and hands-on learning. The class hours support your ICF credential application through earning 16.0 hours CCEs in Core Competencies, OR 8.0 hours toward the ICF 10-hour mentor coaching requirement. All of my mentor coaching services meet the criteria of the current ICF Mentor Coach Policy.
