Letting Go - And Inviting In The New

Over these last several weeks I’ve purposely focused on letting go of anything that no longer serves me: attitudes, beliefs, and relationships. Alongside that, I’m inviting in the attitudes, beliefs, and relationships that will nourish and sustain me, taking me to the next level of my Best Self. This time is profound for me and begs space and freedom in order to continue emerging.

In order to continue the integration of these internal shifts. I’m offering only the Energy Soup Report for your consideration this time to see if it holds any insights or highlights for you.

What feels important to let go and what do you choose to invite in?

I invite you to consider this question and, as you do, notice what new awareness emerges from within you. And please remember to have FUN on that awareness adventure into the question, okay?

THE ENERGY SOUP REPORT:

Since we’re all inextricably interconnected to each other, our planet, and our universe, here are some of the energies we’re all swimming in together right now:

Full Moon/Super Moon - Sep 27th 7:50 PM [Pacific Daylight Time] + Total Lunar Eclipse 7:48 PM PDT ~ remember that Full Moons are times to examine what has come to light since New Moon. Eclipses remind us that nothing remains in the unknown forever.

The Power Path ~We are still in the play called “now or never” and the final act is about to start. and yes, this is in fact the beginning of the final act. But since this play is improvisational, where you end it is entirely up to you and your level of trust and faith. Either you will be launched to a new experience of life and opportunity or you will question everything with skepticism and caution. Either way is good. The play is not over yet. Because this time may be fraught with a bit of chaos and craziness, it is very important that you do what you can to keep your grounding. So spending time in nature and with the more sane members of your community is a good idea. Beware of putting your faith and trust in the wrong things or in something that does not really resonate with you. Listen to yourself instead of to others who may be a bit delusional and have their own agenda. Stay neutral and refrain from judging that which is not yet complete. We are in the middle of this window of opportunity for change and expansion and resetting the way we perceive what is possible and how we are supported. Use this powerful time to hone your faith and trust in something that is important to you. Share the joy and wonder and ask for help if you need it. Decide that this is a magical time and that you are moving into a time frame where anything can happen and whatever happens will support you in ways you cannot imagine. Then go with your faith and trust that it will be so.
Stephanie Austin, EcoAstology ~ Fasten your spiritual seat belts. We are in a a very intense period which culminates this weekend. As this current influx accelerates our evolution, it is very helpful to remember:
We are all on a journey of awakening to our true nature
Everyone is at different stage on that journey
It’s more crucial than ever to be completely honest with ourselves and others
Why we are doing something is as important as what we are doing
The Light is always more powerful than the dark
The next full moon, which peaks on Sunday, September 27 at 7:51 PM PDT, is a total lunar eclipse, catalyzing transformative insights as well as deeply excavating our unconscious. It’s no coincidence that the word ‘lunacy’ derives from ‘luna’, the Latin word for moon; emotions intensify as defenses are weakened. All full moons illuminate what’s been hidden in the shadows, and eclipses even more so. While we have a full moon each month, only every 6 months do the Sun, Moon, and Earth align close enough to generate an eclipse. The last lunar eclipse was on April 4 at 14º Libra-Aries; this one forms on September 27 at 5º Aries-Libra; the next one will be March 23, 2016 at 3º Libra-Aries, all spotlighting the degree of balance between autonomy and partnership, assertion and fairness, masculine and feminine, within ourselves and our world. Eclipses run in 19 year cycles; on September 26, 1996, there was a total lunar eclipse at 4°18′ Aries–Libra, within half a degree of this eclipse. What challenges were you facing that year? What are changes are you needing to make now?

Sep 20-Oct 17 is the “Electric Moon [Month] of Service” according to the Galactic Calendar - its energies are Activate-Bond-Service, its Totem Animal is Deer: “How you labor is your own choice, but you must always live with the thought: I have come to the earth to serve Life, to serve the grand scheme of the evolution of humankind.” ~ White Eagle

September Theme - “Faith & Trust”

The Power Path - Lena & Jose Stevens: There will be other influences and other themes including Expansion, Creativity, Destruction and Change that will manifest as a result of working with Faith and Trust as guiding principles.
We are truly expanding the boundaries of our creativity, perception, and understanding, and moving ourselves into the unknown. The container of our lives needs to be bigger to accommodate this evolution and we cannot hold ourselves back with our fears, limited thinking and need for control.

This month may at times feel out of control and you may witness others losing control of their rational thoughts and actions. The world may not make sense and chaos may set in. You may feel at a loss as to what to do and where to put your energy. The best-laid plans may go haywire as spirit shows you in no uncertain terms that there is another agenda for you to follow. The rational controlling mind will have trouble with this, but the higher mind of intuition and inspiration will be delighted by the opportunity to take charge.

At the end of the day, all you will have to really rely on is FAITH and TRUST…

Opportunities this month

To build your FAITH and TRUST in what you don’t yet know intellectually but can feel is right intuitively
To move beyond old fears and attachments which have kept you small
To expand your sense of self, self-worth, personal power and creativity
To increase your comfort level with chaos and the “don’t know mind”
To become more flexible and really good with CHANGE
To have fun with the spontaneity of the creative process and be delighted with the results

Challenges this month

Getting stuck in fear and negative thinking
Feeling small, worthless, powerless and lost
Blaming others (Martyrdom) for your own inability to let go of your attachments
Being undisciplined about the organization of your spiritual life
Succumbing to your addictions and bad habits as a way to escape having to deal with your life

Ongoing ‘Energy Soup’

Uranus Retrograde - Jul 26-Dec 25 - Stephanie Austin, EcoAstrology - Uranus highlights where we need to break old patterns and make a radical shift; use its retrograde phase to explore alternatives. Where do you need to be more independent and innovative? Where do you need to take a leap of faith? Uranus reminds us that in order for things to change, we have to change.

Mercury Retrograde - Sep 17 - Oct 9 2015 –

[1] Madeline Gerwick, Polaris Business Guides - On September 17, Mercury is stopped and turns around to retrace its footsteps over the past few weeks and stays retrograde through October 9. During this period, Mercury always runs backward into the Sun. When Mercury is close to the Sun, it cannot be seen in the sky. This suggests that we’re not seeing something between September 26 and early on October 4. You may misunderstand an important detail or be missing it completely. The good news is that on September 30, when they’re extremely close, we get some clarity between 4:21 AM – 11:03 AM Pacific time / 7:21 AM – 2:03 PM Eastern time. You might uncover that missing or misunderstood piece of information during this time. We’re still reconsidering our needs though. Surprising news can come out of what’s revealed during this period, but the real surprise may not show up until October 23 – 28 (Mercury opposite Uranus). This Mercury retrograde is in the sign of Libra, the sign associated with relationships and fairness. We’re rethinking both areas. Note that this closely follows the Venus retrograde, when we reconsidered relationships and money. So there’s a relationship theme in progress and some of that hidden information may be related to relationships.

[2] Cosmic*Intelligence*Agency - Mercury symbolizes all the facets of life experience that enables you to communicate, process, receive and assimilate information. It reflects a naturally proactive busy-ness and therefore symbolically indicates the manner in which you rationally think and exchange information with the world around you, so you can make sense of the world! This is a reminder that it’s time to slow down, double-check, relax, and breathe.
